These lovely bungalow style villas offer bright and spacious accommodation. This villa is situated next to Villa 13935, making the two villas the ideal choice for the larger party wishing to holiday together. The positioning of each villa ensures they each enjoy a good degree of privacy.

The living area featuring a corner fireplace is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table. Entertainment is provided by the flatscreen TV with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can comfortably seat 6.

The first of the three bedrooms is a twin bedded room. The second is a double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en suite shower room. The final bedroom is the master double bedroom with walk in wardrobe, en suite shower room and patio doors that lead directly onto the terrace and pool area. Completing the accommodation is a full family bathroom featuring a bath with Jacuzzi jets.

Each of the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units* for both cooling and heating. Fly screens are fitted throughout. A safety deposit box is provided and a baby cot and highchair can be supplied on request.

Outside the 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool with walk in steps is surrounded by a spacious terrace area furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, a poolside shower and a table and chairs. Underground parking is available. The rear of the property and the pool area has a very rural feel to it and the villa enjoys fabulous sea views across the fields and woods that lead down to the clear blue waters of the Polis Chrysochous Bay.

Location - Paphos, Prodromi nr Latchi

The tiny village of Prodromi sits midway between the town of Polis and the seaside resort of Latchi. A taverna, a supermarket and an ice cream parlour/creperie are within 300 metres of the villa. Approximately 1 kilometre away are further facilities including a pizzeria, bowling alley, bakery and a fruit market. The pedestrianised square in the centre of the town of Polis and the restaurants in Latchi harbour are approximately 1.7 kms in either direction.

Polis is the principal town for the northwest region. This traditional town, huddled around a pedestrianised square is a great place to browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee watching the world pass by or dine at any of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. The town has an archaeological museum and cultural centre. Backed by tall eucalyptus trees, Polis offers the nearest organized beach to the villa.

To the other side of Podromi is the seaside resort of Latchi with its recently opened 200 berth marina. Here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Just beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular an area particular suited to walkers and adventurers who can explore the many criss-crossed nature trails. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina. The undeveloped beaches of the Argaka area stretch along a natural coastline of coarse sand, shingle and pebble. For a day here you will need to bring your own beach mat and umbrella. Refreshments can be found at one of the tavernas scattered along the coastal road or you can take a cool box and lunch under the shade of the trees in one of the designated picnic areas.

If you would like to experience a more authentic side of Cyprus then take the time to explore some of the villages in the northwest region. By getting off the beaten path you'll discover such delights as village cultural centres and museums, galleries, Churches and wineries with free wine tasting!

Polis and the surrounding villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to visitors. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is just under a 35 minute drive away whilst the town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is within a 40 minute drive.

We would recommend the company and the villa. It is 5 years since we last visited Cyprus and have stayed in the Polis area many times, this villa was definitely one of the best we have hired with regard to location and facilities. We will not leave it so long to go back again as we had a wonderful holiday and wonderful weather.
