Situated in Argaka, this three bedroom villa with private pool enjoys a peaceful location in a low key area in an un-commercialised corner of the island. The villa offers a high standard of accommodation, and is equipped throughout with high quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings.
The open plan ground floor consists of a living room furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite television (limited channels) and DVD player. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The extendable dining table can seat up to 6. The first of the bedrooms, a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor. A separate guest cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation.
A staircase leads to the first floor and a large, airy landing with utility area with sink. A four poster bed dominates that master double bedroom which also features its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony which overlooks the pool down towards the sea. The second twin bedroom has its own private balcony and en-suite shower room.
The first floor also features a large shared balcony furnished with a swing chair, where a relaxing moment can be enjoyed admiring the fantastic views over the top of the citrus groves towards the clear blue waters of the Polis Chrysochous Bay.
Each of the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating) which are included in the price. Fly screens are fitted throughout. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are supplied. A baby cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided on request.
The private freeform swimming pool (with walk in steps) measures approximately 9 metres x 3.5 metres. The pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A shady pergola next to the pool provides respite from the heat of the midday sun or a shaded spot to dine making full use of the portable barbecue provided.
