Set within its own orchard gardens abundant with citrus trees, this villa offers exceptional sea views and privacy.
The ground floor of this two storey villa features an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite television (limited channels), DVD player and CD player. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher with the washing machine being found in the utility cupboard. The large dining table can comfortably seat 8. The ground floor bedroom is a twin bedded room with an adjacent shower room (specially adapted for those with mobility difficulties).
Three further bedrooms are found on the first floor, each one boasting a sea facing balcony. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedded rooms share the full family bathroom which completes the accommodation on this level.
Each bedroom, the living area and the dining area are equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating* (6 units in total). A safety deposit box, a hairdryer and beach towels are supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Outside the 10m x 5m private pool has an interesting water feature at one end and roman steps at the other. The surrounding sunbathing terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. For the more energetic holidaymaker a table tennis table is provided in a shaded area outside and a barbecue is available for outdoor dining in those warm summer months. The beautifully tended grounds feature numerous colourful plants, flowers and bushes and with no immediate neighbours the villa enjoys an excellent degree of privacy.
