These neighbouring villas are ideally located just 400 metres from the beach of the idyllic Pissouri Bay, on the south coast between the towns of Limassol and Paphos.
The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen. The living area is comfortably furnished with soft sofas and chairs, and offers Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The large dining table comfortably seats 6 persons. A guest cloakroom is located on this level. A terrace overlooking the garden extends from the kitchen and steps from here lead down to the pool area.
The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The double master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony with views of the clear blue sea. The two further twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom.
Each bedroom and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit* (for both cooling and heating). A safety deposit box is available and pool towels are supplied. A baby cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided on request.
