Enjoy the lovely sunshine round the swimming pool facing panoramic views and the Mediterranean sea. The villa enjoys fantastic views from the pool terrace and upper balcony. This spacious modern style villa, is finished and furnished to a high standard, and its design fully compliments the environment where it is situated. Stones from the area were widely used for the decoration and fencing of the houses.
The bright and airy living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (limited channels) DVD Player and hi-fi, with doors leading to the outside terrace. There are steps up to the dining area with doors leading to a terrace and the open-plan fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an elecric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with an adjacent shower room.
On the first floor are two twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower rooms. The master double room has an en suite bathroom and doors to a private veranda. There is also another double bedroom with en suite shower room.
The villa has a large private swimming pool (5 x10 metre), and a luxury Sauna and Jacuzzi room* perfect for relaxing at all times. Steps lead to a barbecue area located on an extensive sun terrace. The villa is equipped with a safety deposit box, with a baby cot and high chair also available.
