This impressive five bedroom villa with private pool is set in immaculately tended grounds and enjoys fabulous unobstructed views of the sea.
The spacious open plan living/dining area is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a flatscreen satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and 'X-box' games consul. The seperate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa boasts two dining areas, one with a large modern dining table and 8 high backed chairs perfect for formal dining, the other furnished with a large wooden dining table and 8 chairs ideal for informal dining. Three high stools are also available at the breakfast bar. A separate guest cloakroom is found on this floor.

All five bedrooms have their own en suite facilities. The first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the pool and terrace area. A curved staircase leads to the first floor where the remaining three bedrooms are located. The master suite comprises of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a private sitting area, seperate sauna facilities and a private balcony. The remaining two bedrooms are both double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and the other with an en suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms share a balcony that looks over the swimming pool, colourful gardens and clear sparkling blue waters of the Chrysochous Bay.
Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit (for both cooling and heating) and a small television set is available in each bedroom. A safety deposit box is provided and two hairdryers are available. A baby cot and highchair can be supplied on request.
Outside the beautifully tended garden areas are filled with well kept lawns with colourful plant and flower borders. The freeform swimming pool (13m x 6m) with walk in steps is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A gas barbecue is available and with plenty of outdoor seating provided summer dining al fresco can be enjoyed on those warm summer evenings.
